2. Complete a detailed questionnaire and schedule your first planning meeting.  $50 non-refundable deposit due upon agreement.

3. Receive a custom planned itinerary based on your needs!

Note: You will be responsible for the bookings and total trip cost. 

 Why do I need SS Planning Services?

Want to get away?  Take the stress out of travel planning and save hours on research.  Allow me to create the perfect experience for you based on your personal preferences.  I have extensive destination knowledge and over 15 years of planning experience.

I love planning myself.  Why should I pay you to do it for me?

While most people enjoy the inspirational part of travel planning, doing destination research and planning trip logistics can be a real time-suck … and who has time for that?  The best part of utilizing planning services is you still get to plan exactly what you want, just in half the time!

 Are you a travel agent?

Nope!  Travel agents typically partner with large travel providers (think big hotel chains) and receive commission based on what they book for you.  Unlike a travel agent, I provide unique recommendations such as Airbnb’s, and local hidden gems!

How much does it cost?

I charge $50/hour.  You can book a FREE 15-minute consultation and during that time I will provide a quote based on your custom planning needs.  A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon agreement to kick-off the planning process.  You will be responsible for the cost of the total trip or experience.

What if I don’t like what you have planned?

I provide recommendations, and we will work together until you are 100% satisfied.  Ultimately, it is your responsibility to book what is right for you.

I have existing plans; can you still help me?

Absolutely!  We can pick-up where you left off to finalize the details and logistics.

I like planning, know what I want to do, or where I want to go, but just need a little advice.  Can you still help me?

Sure thing!  We can plan a 30-minute consulting meeting for $25 and you can ask as many questions as you’d like!
